Bitter Gourd Thoran

  1. Boil the bitter gourd until it is tender.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mustard seeds until they pop. Add garlic, onions and curry leaves and sauté well until it is soft.
  3. Add turmeric and the sliced boiled bitter gourd. Salt to taste and fry everything for a few minutes.
  4. Mix the grated coconut into the pan and serve the dish warm.
