½ cucumber (peeled, cubed)
½ avocado
1 tbsp yogurt (or plant-based)
1 tbsp fresh mint (chopped)
A pinch of cumin
Blend cucumber, avocado, yogurt, mint, and cumin in a blender.
Add a little cold water and blend until smooth.
Optionally garnish with mint leaves or edible flowers.
Serve chilled.
