Fruit Honey Glace

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Squeeze 20 ml of fresh red grape juice in a juicer or blender.
  2. Peel 2 small bananas and cut into slices.
  3. Measure out 10 ml ghee and 10 ml honey and prepare 20 ml lime candy solution. For the lime candy solution, dissolve 20 g candy sugar in a small amount of warm water until it has completely melted.
  4. Soak 75 g of dried grapes in water for at least 30 minutes to soften them, then drain the water.
  5. Place the soaked dried grapes, sliced bananas and 20ml red grape juice in a blender. Puree until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  6. Pour in the 10 ml ghee. Add 10 ml honey. Stir in the 20 ml lime andam solution.
  7. Blend the mixture again to ensure all the ingredients are evenly incorporated and the consistency is smooth.
