Fruit Honey Glace
Ingredients
- 20ml Red grape juice
- Small banana 2 pieces
- 10ml Ghee
- 10ml Honey
- 20ml Kalkandam
- Dry grapes 75g
Preparation
- Squeeze 20 ml of fresh red grape juice in a juicer or blender.
- Peel 2 small bananas and cut into slices.
- Measure out 10 ml ghee and 10 ml honey and prepare 20 ml lime candy solution. For the lime candy solution, dissolve 20 g candy sugar in a small amount of warm water until it has completely melted.
- Soak 75 g of dried grapes in water for at least 30 minutes to soften them, then drain the water.
- Place the soaked dried grapes, sliced bananas and 20ml red grape juice in a blender. Puree until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Pour in the 10 ml ghee. Add 10 ml honey. Stir in the 20 ml lime andam solution.
- Blend the mixture again to ensure all the ingredients are evenly incorporated and the consistency is smooth.
