Shamam Beat Punch
Ingredients
- 100ml Shamam juice
- 30ml Beet root juice
- 5 drops Lemon juice
- 50ml Dates (pulp)
- 20ml Kalkandam (Sugarcane)
Preparation
- Extract 100 ml of fresh shamam juice (muskmelon) and 30 ml of fresh beetroot juice using a juicer or blender.
- Prepare 50 ml date puree by pureeing pitted dates with a small amount of water until smooth. Prepare 20 ml of kalkandam (cane sugar) by dissolving 20 g of cane sugar in a small amount of warm water until completely melted.
- In a medium bowl or jug, mix 100 ml of shamam (muskmelon) juice and 30 ml of beetroot juice.
- Stir in 50 ml date puree. Add 20 ml of the Kalkandam solution. Stir in 5 drops of fresh lemon juice.
- Stir the mixture well until all the ingredients are evenly combined and have a smooth consistency.
