Shamam Beat Punch

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Extract 100 ml of fresh shamam juice (muskmelon) and 30 ml of fresh beetroot juice using a juicer or blender.
  2. Prepare 50 ml date puree by pureeing pitted dates with a small amount of water until smooth. Prepare 20 ml of kalkandam (cane sugar) by dissolving 20 g of cane sugar in a small amount of warm water until completely melted.
  3. In a medium bowl or jug, mix 100 ml of shamam (muskmelon) juice and 30 ml of beetroot juice.
  4. Stir in 50 ml date puree. Add 20 ml of the Kalkandam solution. Stir in 5 drops of fresh lemon juice.
  5. Stir the mixture well until all the ingredients are evenly combined and have a smooth consistency.
