• ½ cup chickpea flour
• ½ cup water
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 small carrot, grated
• Fresh coriander, salt, pepper
• Ghee or coconut oil for frying
Mix all ingredients (except oil) into a smooth batter.
Heat a little ghee in a pan.
Pour a small ladle of batter and spread it into a thin pancake.
Cook until golden on both sides.
Serve warm – ideal with an herb dip or plain.
