Spicy Lentil Soup with Lemon & Chili

Preparation
  1. Rinse lentils and cook with 2 cups of water for 20 minutes.

  2. In a pan, roast cumin, ginger, and chili briefly.

  3. Add to lentils and season with lemon juice.

  4. Serve warm – garnish with herbs if desired.
