Steamed Apples with Cinnamon and Dates
Ingredients

2 apples (peeled, diced)

4 pitted dates (chopped)

½ tsp cinnamon

A pinch of ginger powder

1 tsp ghee

A splash of water
Preparation
- Heat ghee in a small pot.
- Add apples, dates, cinnamon, and ginger, and lightly sauté.
- Deglaze with a small splash of water.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until apples are soft.
- Serve warm – alone or as a porridge topping.
