Ingredients
- 25ml turmeric juice (raw)
- 50ml gooseberry juice
- 75ml grape (red) juice
- 3 basil leaves
- 25ml beet juice
- 20ml Vettivera root 20ml
- 10ml Manjishta decoction 10ml
- 5ml honey
Preparation
- Extract 25 ml of raw turmeric juice, 50 ml of gooseberry juice, 75 ml of red grape juice and 25 ml of beet juice in a juicer or blender.
- Prepare 20 ml of a decoction of vettivera roots and 10 ml of a decoction of manjishta.
- Mix 25 ml of raw turmeric juice, 50 ml of gooseberry juice, 75 ml of red grape juice and 25 ml of beet juice.
- Pour 20 ml decoction of Vettivera root, known for its cooling and blood purifying properties.
- Add 10 ml of Manjishta decoction, which helps detoxify and purify the blood.
- Lightly tear the fresh basil leaves to release their aromatic properties and add them to the mixture.
- Stir in 5 ml of honey.
- Stir the mixture well until all ingredients are evenly blended.
