½ cup cooked quinoa
½ apple (diced)
½ tsp cinnamon
A pinch of clove powder
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp chia seeds
Heat coconut oil in a pan.
Sauté apple with cinnamon and clove until soft.
Add quinoa, mix well, warm through.
Stir in chia seeds, let sit briefly.
Serve warm – energizing start to the day.
