Dr. Shereena S is an experienced Ayurvedic physician whose dedication to holistic healing has guided her professional journey since 2005. Holding a BAMS degree from Mahatma Gandhi University, along with postgraduate diplomas in Yoga Therapy and Counselling Psychology, she specialises in gynaecological disorders, lifestyle diseases, mental health concerns and skin-related conditions. Her passion for Ayurveda began during her school years, inspired by a fascination with medicinal plants, traditional lifestyles and natural healing systems. Although many members of her family pursued careers in modern medicine, Dr. Shereena chose to become the first Ayurvedic doctor in her family.

Throughout her career, Dr. Shereena has found great fulfilment in helping patients restore balance and well-being through personalised Ayurvedic care.
