An excursion to the Neyyar Dam takes you into the lush green nature at the foot of the majestic Western Ghats, around 30 kilometers east of Thiruvananthapuram. Built in 1958, the dam is picturesquely nestled in a landscape of water, jungle and mountains – ideal for relaxation, wildlife watching and unforgettable nature experiences.
