The course of treatment in the Immunisation Package is divided into two phases: first, the body is prepared by various purification and cleansing procedures and then rebuilt by corresponding treatments.
The first day: It starts with an initial consultation with an Ayurveda doctor. On the basis of questions and examinations he will determine your Dosha. This is followed immediately by the cleaning phase of the treatment. This is initiated with a particularly gentle soothing full-body massage. The ayurvedic herbal oil used is tailored to your Doshas.
The treatment plan: The treatment includes applications that detoxify your body and remove harmful metabolic residues (ama). For example, the intake of ghee or medical oils (Snehapanam), steam baths with medicinal herbs or purgation (Virechanam). This is followed by the second phase with treatments that strengthen the immune system. Among other treatments warm oils are poured on the forehead (Dhara) and the king’s oil bath (Pizhichil) is given.
Very important: Because the processes that take place in the body during the treatment cannot be accelerated externally, sufficient time is an essential factor when it comes to the immunization treatment. This isn’t a casual treatment that just runs by. Allow yourself this time – your cells will thank you for it.
The relaxation exercises: Yoga, meditation and relaxation exercises for beginners and advanced practitioners are part of your treatment plan. They also make a significant contribution to ensuring that you return home well rested.
The diet plan: Your Ayurveda package also includes an individual diet. As part of the initial examination, our doctors will put together a personal ayurvedic diet plan for you – according to the individual doshas. Yes, the Body Immunisation Package is a Panchakarma treatment. However, in most cases not all of the "therapies" are implemented. So vomiting and phlebotomy are only advised if this is absolutely essential.
The Body Immunisation Package is designed to last 28 days, but it can also be booked for longer periods. Any shortening of this time will have a detrimental impact on the sustainability of the treatment and, as a consequence, we advise against this.
Treatment time depends on the duration of the therapies prescribed by your doctor on any particular day. Generally the treatment time is between 90 and 120 minutes. However, on specific days, treatments can be longer or shorter in duration.
Our packages are comprehensive packages covering everything you need for your Ayurvedic treatment.
