What happens if my desired room category is not available during the period requested?
In this case, we will try to offer you a similar accommodation category. If that is not possible either, we will let you know the next available time period for your treatment with us.

Our offers are generally package deals. I am arriving at night. What do I need to know?
Our drivers are available 24 hours a day and will naturally be happy to collect you from the airport. However, please note that check-in is at midday. How can I cancel a confirmed booking?
Please contact us. Depending on the time remaining until arrival, a fee is payable amounting to between 50 Euros per person and 100% of the total amount due (e.g. in the event of a no-show without prior notice). The precise conditions are stipulated in our tariff booklet.
Are vaccinations required?
We recommend the latest vaccinations such as tetanus, diphtheria and hepatitis. Ultimately only your doctor can give you valid information on this matter.
What travel insurance do you recommend?
We recommend an insurance policy to cover cancellation and/or interruption of the trip so that you are insured in the event of the need to return home. You should also obtain overseas health insurance.
How do I get a visa?

What payment methods are accepted?
During the booking process, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and payments via bank transfer.
