International entry to India possible again

we are pleased to inform you that a stay at our Somatheeram Ayurvedic Health Resort with a tourist visa will be possible again from 15.11.2021.

If you wish to arrive before this date, you can still use a Medical Visa.

Dear friends of Somatheeram,

We have all been eagerly awaiting this moment and now the time has finally come.

Finally, you can once again enjoy soothing Ayurvedic treatments in our Somatheeram.

All you need for this is a medical visa.

Below you will find the requirements to obtain a medical visa.

Documents, which are required for a Medical Visa* to India:

You can apply for a Medical Visa at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/.

• To apply, you will need all the required documents as when applying for a normal visa (passport valid for at least 6 months, photo, etc.).

• In addition, a Letter of Invitation from an Indian hospital is required – our doctors at the Somatheeram Ayurvedic Health Resort will be happy to issue a letter of invitation for you.

• A PCR test must be carried out max. 72 hours before entry.

• The PCR test must be registered online with your personal details before departure to India at the following site: New Delhi Airport.
